Fee Concession and Scholarship

  • Poor students may be extended assistance from Poor Students Fund for fee and study material
  • Scholarships will be available to eligible students only according to the rules of the university and the Government
  • Eligible students from General, Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes will be given scholarship from the funds received from the Social Welfare Department. Students will be required to submit scholarship forms at the time of admission only. After this no consideration will be given on the issue of scholarship

Important Rules

  • Right from the start it is important for the students to maintain their minimum attendance in each class, otherwise they will be barred from taking University examination, and they themselves will be responsible for it. It is not the duty of the college to give minimum attendance of any student in written. Students below 75% attendance will be barred from University examination.
  • Fee receipts are important documents it is necessary that students keep it safe and present it as and when asked for or needed.
  • Filling of registration and examination forms is the duty of the student. If in case any student is absent at the time of form filling, they must contact necessary department and submit the forms within required time frame. The college will in no way be responsible, if any candidate fails to submit her forms on time. In this regard student herself will be legally responsible. It is also the responsibility of the student to check her practical examination dates herself.
  • Students are required to check notice board on a regular basis for any necessary information that they may need. If they fail to do so, the college will consider information given to the student, and the student will be responsible for any harm that happens in this regard.
  • If the behaviour of any student is found to be defaming the reputation of the college, be it inside the campus or outside then the college principle will have every right to rusticate the student from the college.


  • Only students with 75% attendance will be allowed to sit in University examination.
  • It is compulsory for the students to be present in college on 15th of August and 26th January.


Efforts are made to inculcate respect about discipline among students through proper directives and students are expected to abide by discipline. Yet the students who flout discipline and behave in an undisciplined manner may be punished or expelled from the college. It is compulsory for each student to abide by orders of three-member proctorial board. The proctorial board is headed by Dr Vinita Singh, Reader, Sanskrit, and is assisted by Dr Shyamali Sona, Lecturer English, and Mrs Gita Prarashar, Lecturer, Physical Education.

Career Guidance Cell

The college has a career guidance cell, through which the students are provided counselling and information on employment related opportunities. The cell officials are: Coordinator, Dr Sunita Joshi, Reader History, and Assistant Coordinators Dr Renu Upadhyaya, Reader Hindi, and Ms Pushplata Srivastava, Librarian.

Grievance Redressal Cell

To listen and readdress the complaints of students, the college has a student grievance readdresal cell. It works under the Proctorial Board.

Ex-Students Committee

Headed by Dr Anita Jauhari, Reader, Music, the ex-students committee holds meet of former students of the college every year.
