Libraries all over the world know that, the demands and unlimited wants of their information consumers are rapidly increasing at a rate with which any library with limited resources can hardly cope with thereby it becomes imperative on the part of the Library Managers to revise their approach and method of information acquiring and dissemination, which in all probability would be cost effectiveness. The next important factor is Publication deluge. It is humanly impossible for anyone to know what has been published and where, also their bibliographical systems so as to take a decision whether the same would be beneficial to the clienteles of the parent organization. In addition to these factors, the important features of newly emerged Information Technology make the Computerization in the libraries exigent. Our library tries to fulfill the principles of Dr. S.R.
